Typical Drafting Process:
P1 -Includes floor plan and front elevation
P2- Includes floor plan, (4) elevations, electrical
Final Plan Set - Includes Cover Page with Perspective, floor plan, (4) elevations, electrical plan , foundation plan, roof plan, & structural details.
Revisions Included:
3 sets of revisions (prelim 1, prelim 2, final).
Structural changes at prelim 2 or later will incur additional design fees @ our standard hourly rates
Standard Plan Sets Include:
Cover Page with Perspective, Foundation Plan, Floor Plan, Electrical Plan, (4) Elevations, Roof Birdseye Plan, Standard Structural Details
Please note: After final you will need to obtain a roof truss layout and floor truss layout (if applicable) and email to us prior to submitting the plans to an engineer or architect for review and sign/seal of plans. We work directly with the engineer or architect to incorporate any additional details or structural notes to the final plans after their review.
Engineer/Architect sign & seal is billed separately.

Payment of Balance due at Final Drafting (prior to submittal for sign/seal)
There is no charge for incorporating standard engineering notes after engineer review.
Additonal Fees : Per Quote Upon Review
Custom structural details, interior details or cross sections, additional or alternate elevations,
additional plan pages (HVAC plans, Site Plans, Conventional framed roofs, etc)
We supply a digital copy of the plans in PDF format so the client can obtain plan sets. The engineer or architect will provide signed & sealed plan sets.
